As part of International Control Room Week in October 2024, Control Room colleagues participated in a raffle to raise funds in aid of Air Ambulance NI. The charity offers advanced critical care across the region through Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) which is delivered via a unique third sector and public sector partnership between Air Ambulance NI Charity and the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS).
Colleen from Air Ambulance NI made a visit to the NIAS Control Room to meet some of the team and was presented with a cheque with the donated amount of £321.09. Thank you to all of those who donated and participated in the raffle to help raise this amount.
